PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER TO REPORT A ROUTINE OR OTHER NON-EMERGENCY REPAIR.
To report a routine or other non-emergency repair, please fill in the form below, providing as much information as possible. This will help us to speed up our response and your repair. Also please be aware that if you are reporting a repair outside our normal working hours, your repair will not receive attention until our next working day.non-emergency repair form
Have you recently had a repair carried out in your home? We would love to hear how your experience with this repair went and if there are any improvements you would like to suggest to improve the service, or if you wish to leave a compliment.
We now have an online survey which you can complete following the repair being carried out. All you have to do is visit Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Alternatively, if your mobile or tablet has a QR Code Reader, you can scan the barcode below which will take you straight to the survey.
You will need your Works Order number which can be found on the recent correspondence sent to you either by post, text or e-mail. We appreciate all feedback and take all opinions and suggestions onboard to help improve our customer service and experience.
