Tenants are at the heart of everything we do, but the only way we know if we are doing the right thing is if you get involved.
We want to know your views, so we can deliver the services and achieve the standards you expect. Our Board sets the strategic direction of EKHA, monitor EKHA performance and manages risk. The Board meets on the last Wednesday of every month, in the evening.
All new members receive a comprehensive induction programme with their own personal mentor and on-going training to support their contribution as a Board member.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Board, please contact us for more information.
Our current Board consists of 11 full members and 1 co-opted member: Graham Keith, Chairperson (2015), Andy Bryant, Vice Chairperson (2015), Maureen Watson, 2nd Vice Chair (2017), Kathleen Dredge, Secretary (2008), Lilian Delaney (2012), Pauline Hollinsworth (2012), Michael Gallagher (2015), Claire Lees (2017), David Edwards (2019), David Young (2019), Maureen Donohoe (2019) and Lisa Irvine (co-opted 2019).

If you want to get involved but don’t have the time to come along to meetings send us your email address and we can send out short surveys, questionnaires, copies of policies we are reviewing and you can comment on them at your leisure.
Our Customer Panel is a group of EKHA tenants who are interested in the operation of the organisation. We meet with the Customer Panel a few times a year to discuss policies and procedures and they suggest improvements to document such as the Newsletter and the Tenant Handbook. Input from the panel is vital in making sure we get things from our customer perspective. If you would like to get involved in the Customer Panel please contact Housing Management staff to discuss this. We would be delighted to hear from you.
