Tenants are at the heart of everything we do, but the only way we know if we are doing the right thing is if you get involved.
We want to know your views, so we can deliver the services and achieve the standards you expect. Our Board sets the strategic direction of EKHA, monitor EKHA performance, and manages risk. The Board meets on the last Wednesday of every month, in the evening.
All new members receive a comprehensive induction programme with their own personal mentor and ongoing training to support their contribution as a Board member.

Our current Board consists of 12 full members: Maureen Watson, Chairperson (2017), Andy Bryant, Vice Chairperson (2015), Michael Gallagher, Vice Chairperson (2015), Lilian Delaney, Secretary (2012), Kathleen Dredge (2008), Pauline Hollinsworth (2012), David Young (2019), Maureen Donohoe (2019), Lisa Irvine (2019), Mandy Wright (2019), Gill Hood (2020) and June Meldrum (2021). The dates represent the year members joined the Board.

Our Customer Panel is a group of EKHA tenants who are interested in the operation of the organisation. We meet with the Customer Panel a few times a year to discuss policies and procedures and they suggest improvements to document such as the Newsletter and the Tenant Handbook.
Input from the panel is vital in making sure we get things from our customer perspective.
