We are consulting EKHA tenants on the review of our Complaints Handling Procedure (see below) and we would like feedback from you.
EKHA tenants should note that this is a ‘model’ document created by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) adapted for EKHA use.
The SPSO consulted widely with tenants throughout Scotland in the development of the model, so we therefore acknowledge that they have taken account of concerns raised in their initial consultations.
While we are unable to alter much of the material content of the document, because the whole purpose of the model is to ensure a standardised approach to complaints by all registered social landlords, we still want to hear our tenant’s views about how the document reads and how easy, or hard, it is to understand.
If you are a tenant of EKHA and have a spare moment, can you take a look and let us know what you think? There’s also a chance to win £20 in our prize draw if you do.
This consultation ends on Friday 5th June 2020
